Watergate would be an official act based on today’s decision.

Biden should send Seal Team 6 to retire SCOTUS.

What could happen? He's 80. By the time they decide they were wrong to enable dictators, Biden will die of natural causes.

I was convinced the judicial branch would not rule against its own jurisdiction but clearly I was wrong.

6-3 again

Politics Above the Law

Bloody revolution to free themselves from tyranny to elect their own and reinstate the Divine Right of Kings.

Now that the USA is officially a monarchy under Biden God Emperor of Dune I'm rethinking ever traveling to that meth lab. I was considering going to Vegas after Christmas. I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the bizarro reality of American politics.

The course is set and we are locked in. The Captain has had a stroke and is grimly hanging onto the helm for dear life and the only one that has the power to replace him is him. The judiciary is stocked with right wing zealots hell bent on destroying the constitution.

The part I don't get, that some people have also noticed, is that the SCOTUS doesn't really have any authority under the US Constitution.

It just says that SCOTUS reviews law and weighs it against the Constitution. Nowhere does it get any real authority. It is just an equal branch of government. The same Constitution that gives the POTUS his duties. I'm pretty sure proposing alternative electors isn't in those duties. Nor is insurrection. In fact, Trump could not have been using his authority on Jan 6th, because he had been replaced as POTUS.
