They could use this to charge anyone for ANYTHING had they had the will to use it. Instead, they tried to pretend there was nothing to see in public therefore it would just go away. This happens ALL THE TIME. Real leadership comes with a cost, they needed to exert their will to enforce the rules not succumb to political BS because the butt of the jokes were off colour. Old boys clubs are for losers.

The Vandoos (22e Régiment) and Quebec grunts were always a disgrace to the Canadian Army and CAF.

Served with Vandoo during Oka. Fun time for english only troops and yes there are separatists in their ranks. That said you clearly have no idea what the fuck you are talking about.

I remember several parties with Navy & Coast Guard in the 1970s. Dicks out for a drunken song was nothing unusual.
That's sure not the part of the story that offends me.
