This would be hilarious if it works because then the liberals will be leaderless during the election. Ensuring they not only get decimated but may fail to even reach official party status and force the ABC vote to rally under one party of either the greens or the NDP.

In a ruling late today, Federal Court Chief Justice Paul Crampton says the court's usual rules on timelines will not apply, setting the stage for a hearing Feb. 13 and 14 in Ottawa.
