This is softwood lumber on a much larger scale. Agree to a trade agreement, then unilaterally jack up costs and demand reciprocity. Keep charging higher rates while tying up the courts. Courts drag feet, all the while still charging. Regardless of court ruling say it was unfair and ignore the courts, rinse and repeat.
US rule of law is a joke and their words means less than nothing. Judge accordingly.
