Gonna be honest, I find it extremely weird and emblematic of brain-rotted "bothsidesism" that media is near-unanimously celebrating a podcast in which Poilievre agreed as Rogan spouted some disturbing lies.

Rogan said lifesaving COVID mandates were ridiculous. Poilievre explicitly agreed.
Rogan said MAID is being used in cases of seasonal depression (not true). Poilievre agreed he heard that.
Poilievre blamed the housing crisis on "fake refugees."
Poilievre attacked the notion that anyone has academic expertise in anything.

To be clear: Under Bill C-62, it is currently ILLEGAL in Canada to receive MAID for "seasonal depression" or any mental illness as a sole condition. Furthermore, MAID is strictly limited to adults 18+.

We can debate the ethics of the policy, but we can't debate the law. Accuracy matters.
