Reduced GST on homes olny lets people buy more expensive homes, and without removing the profit motive from investment companies, it just makes it easier to remove homes from the sales market and drives up rental costs.

Oh boy! It will cost me ONLY $1.500,000 instead of $1,575,000. I will jusr rush out to buy one.
There should be NO GST on a primary residence. New one, first time buyer or not. Make it 10% on a secondary or investment homes. Ban corporate ownership altogether.
